Description of the flag

ZATO (Closed town) Tsiolkovskiy was created in 1994 as ZATO Borough of Uglegorsk. In 2014 the name was changed into ZATO Tsiolkovskiy.

The flag was adopted on 24.01.2023:
A rectangular cloth with a width to length ratio of 2:3, consisting of three horizontal stripes, from top to bottom: blue with a width of 2/3 the width of the cloth, yellow with a width of 1/9 the width of the cloth, and green with a width of 2/9 the width of the cloth; in the center of the cloth, shifted downwards, is a white globe with a diameter of 1/2 the width of the cloth, and a conditional grid of coordinates in blue, above which, on a blue stripe, are three white arrowheads with red flames instead of bushings.

Coat of arms

The coat of arms was adopted on 31.10.2019:
On an azure field with a green, gold-bordered tip, above all, a lowered silver globe with a conventional azure grid of coordinates, above which, in a belt, are three silver arrowheads with red flames instead of sockets. The shield is surmounted by a municipal crown of the established pattern.
