Description of the flag

The Seryshevskiy County in 2022 changed its status and became Seryshevskiy Municipal District. Its coat of arms was adopted on 26.10.2010, and its flag on 28.06.2011.

A rectangular cloth of sea-green color (blue with an emerald-greenish tint) with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3, with a double border—black on the outside, white on the inside (the width of the black stripe is 1/20 of the cloth's width, and the white one is 1/20 of the cloth's width). The black border bears a pattern of repeating yellow spots in the shape of grains. and a two-color thin border - silver on the inside, black on the outside, strewn with gold grains in one row, laid obliquely to the sides of the shield. In the center of the main, green part of the cloth is a white image of a dandelion seed head.
