Mikhaylovskiy Village Council is municipality in Mikhaylovskiy County in Amurskaya Region. Its symbols were adopted on 17.12.2014.

A rectangular cloth with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3, reproducing the composition of the coat of arms in green, white, yellow, and crimson.

In a green field, a silver left band, burdened with four purple flowers of the curly lily (saranka) with golden stamens (visible from above), laid along the band and accompanied at the top by a golden flaming sword with silver raised wings.
