Magdagachinskiy County in 2024 became Magdagachinskiy Municipal District. Its
coat of arms was changed on 27.09.2024.
Before that the County uses coat
of arms adopted on 11.11.2005 and an unofficial flag. White field with a county
coat of arms and the name of the county in red letters in two rows bellow.

On a blue background, a golden emblem of railway transport, above a forest in green colors in a composition with a golden symbol of mineral resources on a general light green background. There is also a ribbon with the name of the county up on the shield.
