Ekaterinoslavskiy Village Council is municipality in Oktyabr'skiy County in Amurskaya Region. Its symbols were adopted on 24.10.2013.

A rectangular, double-sided cloth of blue and green colors with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3, diagonally wavy divided from the upper corner of the free edge with an image of figures from the coat of arms, executed in yellow.
