Ekaterinoslavskiy Village Council is municipality in Oktyabr'skiy County in Amurskaya Region. Its symbols were adopted on 24.10.2013.

A rectangular, double-sided cloth of blue and green colors with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3, diagonally wavy divided from the upper corner of the free edge with an image of figures from the coat of arms, executed in yellow.

In a green and azure field, slanted on the left - convex at the top left and concave at the bottom right, above all - a pheasant with folded wings between nine six-pointed stars laid in a ring; all figures are gold.
