Dimskiy Village Council is municipality in Mikhaylovskiy County in Amurskaya Region. Its symbols were adopted on 12.12.2014.

On a green field with a narrow silver column, above everything, at the top, there is a golden eagle with outstretched wings and a silver tail, holding in its claws a Cossack saber with a golden hilt in a black, gold-decorated scabbard, with the hilt to the left and the blade down, accompanied in greenery below by paired soybean pods, connected at the base and diverging archedly upward and to the sides.
