Description of the flag

Albazinskiy Village Council was municipality in Skovorodinskiy County, now dissolved, after creation of Skovorodinskiy Municipal District. Its symbols were adopted on 26.12.2017.

A rectangular, double-sided white cloth with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3, depicting the figures and coat of arms, executed in black, grey and yellow.

On a silver field there is a black eagle with a golden beak, tongue and claws, facing left and crowned with gold, holding a golden inverted arrow in its right claw and a bow of the same metal with the string pointing away from itself in its left. The motto "One for One" is inscribed in black letters on a silver ribbon.
