Tomislav Šipek, 28 January 2022Ordzhonikidzevsky District is an administrative and municipal district in the Republic of Khakassia. It is located in the north of the republic. Its administrative center is the rural locality of Kopyovo.
The flag is horizontally divided light blue above green, ratio 1:3. On the blue
field are two pointed white mountains, the one farther from the hoist is lower and located behind the
nearer one. On the green field is a golden sheaf of nine ears of wheat tied with a golden ribbon.
