Rural Municipality (Gmina) of Chojnice:
The flag is divided into three equal horizontal stripes in the colors green- yellow-blue.
Quotation: "The three colors <of the coat of arms> in a form of horizontal equally wide stripes were used in the flag of the commune of Chojnice. From top to bottom: green - gold - blue. Since the Middle Ages several provinces and cities have used their flags. A flag which did not directly represent concrete persons, but the territory, unites all inhabitants in a special way with local values; one identifies with the values and the territory. When used vertically it should be used as the national flag, from left to right: green - gold - blue."
