Description of the flag

The Province of Carhuaz is in Region of Ancash, Peru. There are no other information for it. However, the flag is yellow (gold) with the coat of arms on it. It is shown on provincial website. You’ll note that the coat of arms is on the angle, probably specially made for table flags.

The Municiaplity decided to (re)move the symbols page in the official website.
The images were made from this image I found: http://www.viajeros.com/fotos/callejon-de-huaylas-ancash-parte-4-provincia-de-carhuaz/17136

How about: http://www.municarhuaz.gob.pe/noticias/?p=104, showing in the first photograph a yellow flag tied against a wall, with an arch of text in green, shiny capital letters: "Municipalidad Provincial" (now they tell us, after António found out the hard way). Under that, centred on the flag is the coat of arms of the province, approximately 1/6th of the hoist in height, including the name "Carhuaz".
Below all this in a straight line of the same type of letters as the arch is again written "Carhuaz".
Or how about this one: http://www.municarhuaz.gob.pe/noticias/?p=82, with a large Peru flag with coat of arms (!) and several other flags scattered over the page, among which two very small table flags.
Or how about: http://www.municarhuaz.gob.pe/noticias/?s=&paged=30, with halfway down the page a picture with two such table flags, which turn out to be tilted flags! Dexter Peru with CoA again, sinister an orange flag that I don't know. It does show that titled flags are in wider use than just Bolivia.
Or even http://www.municarhuaz.gob.pe/turismo/2008/11/page/7, with near the bottom a fringed tilted flag that doesn't use the nice colours António's image has.
