It appears San Vicente Tancuayalab does not use a municipal flag.

Coat of Arms

As found online, the coat of arms of San Vicente Tancuayalab was adopted on 15 September 1995, being designed by Victor Manuel Montalvo Delgado through a contest held by the Municipal Council under Municipal President José González González. The shield has a brown border with its edges in the form of a scroll, reading "TRABAJO TRADICION" [work, tradition] on the sides. The inner area of the shield has the form of an arrow. The upper-left section depicts a cow for the cattle-raising industry, primary economic activity. The upper-right section depicts an indigenous woman with the Huastec attire, symbol of the people. Dividing both sections is a hand holding a staff, alluding to Tancuayalab which means "place of the staff of command". The lower section depicts Saint Francis of Assisi in his monk attire carrying a red ribbon that reads its name, going into the border: "SAN VICENTE TANCUAYALAB S.L.P." Saint Francis of Assisi is the patron saint of the municipality. Under him, a ploughed field is depicted with products of the Valley: lemon, cob of corn (principal aliment of the people), sugarcane, and orange. The sun rises over the valley, symbol of daily life.
