The flag of San Antonio appears to have been adopted sometime this year (2025) or in 2024, under Municipal President Benito González Hernández as no record existed of it before online.

The council did not inform me regarding the history of their coat of arms. Description as found online:
[The shield has a golden border with its edges being rolled. At the bottom is "San Antonio S.L.P."; a single section is found in the center, and] To the Center the Patron Saint of the Catholic church of the Municipality is Represented which is San Antonio de Padua. The plants that are observed [under the head of St. Anthony] symbolize the principal activity of the inhabitants of the Municipality, being the cultivation and processing of sugarcane for piloncillo. It includes a bell [above] given to the fact that the Municipality has a legend of the existence of an enchanted bell, this is found buried and the old populators have made intents to dig it up but the following day it returns to be buried.
