The flag of Gusinje (photo, photo), a municipality separated in 2014 from Plav, is light blue with the town's emblem.

The symbols are prescribed in the Town Statutes (text) adopted on 28 December 2018, as follows:

The coat of arms of the Gusinje municipality is a shield shape, featuring the natural Gusinja rugs, on the upper part of the coat of arms is depicted the natural phenomenon - the rocks of rock-colored stones, while in the lower part of the shield are depicted river and meadow-blue and green colors as well white clouds.
The flag of the municipality is of a rectangular shape, of length at least twice the width, light blue with the coat of arms of the municipality in the center.
