he town emblem was adopted on Mar 6th 2006 but there is no flag law.
The white flag has a blue and a green two color town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized F of Fukuchi with Mt. Fukuchi.
It represents an image of the wind of good spirit, technique and physical condition which blows to the green rich ground under a clear blue sky and watches for the people.
