Description of the Flag

The current flag, as shown on the Mayor's Council of Guam page, and on a photo at appears to show the seal on a pale blue field, with darker blue bars on the top and bottom.
Valentin Poposki, 10 November 2020

According to the photo, the lower stripe on the Umatac flag must be as it was on the previous flag; the central part seems to be white more probably than light blue.

Umatac's flag sports beautiful images of the village set in colors such as brown and green. Images include Guam's latte stone, Magellan's ship, Fort Soledad, a modern Spanish bridge, and the center of Umatac's faith, its Catholic church. The blue waters that welcome visitors is Umatac bay. The village name is displayed in the foreground, while a scroll is laid in the background.
