The flag is described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular, in proportions 2:3, composed of two vertical stripes in proportions 1/3 and 2/3, at hoist, red with a yellow castle, at fly, seven equal horizontal wavy stripes, white, blue, white, green, white, blue, and white, from top to bottom.

The coat of arms of Salinas del Manzano is prescribed by an Order issued on 26 May 1994 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 3 June 1994 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 29, p. 2,152 (text).
The coat of arms is described as follows:

Coat of arms: Per fess, 1a. Vert a saltern argent, 1b. Argent [...] proper, 2. Gules a castle or masoned sable. The shield surmounted by a Royal crown closed.
