Flag of Ibahernando

The flag and arms of Ibahernando, adopted on 2 March 1993 by the Municipal Council and validated on 25 May 1993 and 8 November 1994 by the Assessing Council of Honors and Distinctions of the Government of Extremadura, are prescribed by an Order issued on 8 March 1993 by the Government of Extremadura and published on 15 November 1994 in the official gazette of Extremadura, No. 135, p. 4,608 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular, in proportions 2:3, composed of two triangles formed by a diagonal running from the hoist(s lower angle to the fly's upper angle, green at hoist and white at fly. Charged in the center with the municipal coat of arms in full colors.
Coat of arms: Per bend sinister, 1. Vert a Visigoth cross argent, 2. Argent three spikes vert. The shield surmounted by a Royal crown closed.
