The flag in question is blue parted by a green Scandinavian cross fimbriated white. It either is attributed to Lolland and Falster, see here. An inhabitant of Lolland, attributes the flag to Lolland, Falster and Møn and explains the symbolism as "the green islands in the blue sea", see here. Finally it is also attributed the Lolland alone, see here
