"The flag shall be triangular in the usual proportions with white field and a waved blue stripe 20% of the hoisting width running through the centre from hoist to point.”

"The Cruising Club of America has no clubhouse or shoreside base, and no paid staff. Rather, the Club is structured around national committees that conduct mission-related work and manage the administrative operations of the organization, and around geographical Stations that provide regional focus for the membership."

"There are eleven Stations within the Club, each of which has its own Rear Commodore and officers, and which organize annual activities."

"The Commodore’s flag shall be rectangular in the usual proportions, and consist of the Club Flag with the outer triangle corners in blue, with three, five-pointed stars placed laterally in the upper outer blue triangle."

Vice-Commodore

"The Vice Commodore’s flag shall be similar to the Commodore’s except that the outer triangles shall be in red and have two five-pointed white stars in the upper outer red triangle."
