"The Commodore’s flag shall be rectangular in the usual proportions, and 
consist of the Club Flag with the outer triangle corners in blue, with three, 
five-pointed stars placed laterally in the upper outer blue triangle."

the outer triangles shall be in red and have two five-pointed white stars in the
