Flag

The newer flag uses the "Red Wolves" logo, an all capital letters "STATE" with the "A" larger than all the other letters, spelling out a nickname for the school "A-State". This logo, can be seen at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Arkansas_State_Red_Wolves_wordmark.svg, is placed on a Latvian style flag (top black, white stripe, about 1/10 of the width, bottom red). This design was made by the WinCraft company. They do more than just flags, but this pattern is used for every licensed league in the USA and most Division 1 (D1) college athletic programs. Sometimes the canton will have the stars (like with this Sporting KC flag
https://www.wincraft.com/soccer/sporting-kansas-city-patriotic-americana-flag-deluxe-06916115.html), sometimes with the A-State flag (and the Arkansas Razorback flag) it will not have it. Regardless of the pattern, the design is part of the series called "Patriotic Americana Flag" and it is everywhere.

ROTC program

The Army ROTC program at Arkansas State University has its own colors; it is similar to others at Augusta University and the University of University of Central Arkansas, where it is yellow with the university seal in the center.
