Description of the flag

Description: The flag for Tarrant County is blue, with a white border. In the center is a circle with Tarrant County written on the outside. Inside the circle is an outline of the state of Texas in white on a blue background. A small white star shows the location  of Tarrant County. On each side of the center circle is a white star.
