Description of the flag

A red flag with a white over blue expanding wedge extending from the hoist to the fly, overlain by disk composed of an outer white ring stating LIVING OUT OUR HERITAGE - MINERVA 1833 OHIO, and an inner design based on a red M, with white and blue behind, and on that a small disk stating AMERICAN REVOLUTION BICENTENNIAL 1776-1976 in an outer ring, with an outline map of Ohio inside, a Greek warrior head, and a red star locating the village.
