The Flag

The city of Lake Charles, Louisiana, has informed me that it does have a flag, but is unable to provide me with an image of it.

The flag is white, edged in buff, bearing a large ship's wheel in the center, colored buff and blue, each sector depicting a local feature: rice, oil drilling, fishing, petrochemical industry, aircraft, farming, city, treed countyside, and in center a ship.
