with the of the coat of arms of the city in its center. Ratio 2:3.

In 1996 (?), the original
Arms of Omsk City are restored officially,
and appear on all municipal insignia, against a green background.
At times, the Arms are surrounded by oak branches with acorns enveloped
in Alexander Band, just like the Arms of 1868
— for a fancy look; though the crown is missing, of course.
Igor Pavlovsky, 08 May 1999
The Flag of Omsk City, though not yet officially
adopted to my knowledge, has been gaining popular
support since its first appearance in 1996 (?).
It is a white flag of standard dimensions, with the
1785-1825 Coat of Arms
displayed in its center, and the city’s name written
in green capital letters ("ОМСК")
directly underneath the coat of Arms.
