Mikhaylovskiy Rayon has 1
Settlement Council (Urban Settlement of Malinovoe Ozero) and 7 Village Councils:
Ashchegul'skiy, Bastanskiy, Mikhaylovskiy, Nazarovskiy, Nikolaevskiy,
Poluyamskiy, and Rakitovskiy village council. Urban Settlement of Malinovoe
Ozero has at least a coat of arms, but no flag information. None of the village
councils have official symbols, as far as I know.

Mikhaylovskiy County in Altayskiy Territory got its flag. The County Assembly of Deputies adopted coat of arms and flag on 20.08.2024.
A rectangular blue cloth with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3, on which are
reproduced the figures from the coat of arms, executed with the heraldic silver,
gold, gules, and purple replaced by white, yellow, red, and crimson colors,
respectively.

In an azure field, above a silver and green spruce-shaped crossed belt supported
by a purple narrow end, there is a golden wreath of ears of grain, open at the
top, entwined with a scarlet ribbon and inside which, resting at the bottom on
the wreath, there is a silver conical flask, burdened with a green birch sprout
with three leaves growing on black soil.
