Krutikhinskiy has 9
Village Councils: Borovskoy, Volchno-Burlinskiy, Dolganskiy, Zakovryashinskiy,
Krutikhinskiy, Malovolchanskiy, Novodubrovskiy, Podbornyy, and Pryganskiy
village council. None of them have official symbols, as far as I know.

Krutikhinskiy County in Altayskiy Territory finally got its first flag. The County Council of Deputies adopted coat of arms and flag on 18.06.2024.
A rectangular white cloth with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3, reproducing
the composition of figures from the coat of arms, shifted toward the flagpole,
executed in red, yellow, green, blue, and white.

In a silver field, a red roe deer with golden horns and hooves, galloping in
accordance with a green and azure slope emerging on the right, divided by a
silver narrow wavy band.
