Klyuchevskiy Rayon is one of 59 rayons in Altayskiy Kray.
The rayon has 10 Village Councils:
Vasil'chukovskiy, Zelenopolyanskiy, Istimisskiy, Kaipskiy, Klyuchevskiy,
Novopoltavskiy, Novotselinnyy, Petukhovskiy, Pokrovskiy, and Severskiy village
council. Klyuchevskiy village council adopted its coat of arms on 14.03.2012,
but I didn't find any image or photo of it. Other village councils have no
symbols, as far as I know.
