Description of the flag

Ust-Abakansky District is an administrative district in the Republic of Khakassia. It is located in the center of the republic. Its administrative center is the urban locality of Ust-Abakan.

The flag is diagonally divided white over blue with a wavy edge, over which is a leaping yellow horse.In the upper hoist is a yellow disk with five red petals around it.
