Description of the flag

Chaa-Kholsky District is an administrative and municipal district in the Tuva Republic, Russia. It is located in the west of the republic. Its administrative center is the rural locality of Chaa-Khol.

The flag of the region is a banner of arms with green over blue, separated by a white partially unrolled ribbon, over which is a semicircular emblem depicting a yellow Buddha seated on a deep red field.
