The General Administration of Borders and Crossing, GABC, is a government 
agency in charge of cross-border experience in charge of the challenges 
associated with the movement of people and goods. It was established by 
Presidential Decree No. 16 of 2006 Concerning the regulation of the Public 
Administration of the Crossing Points and Borders.

The white-field flag of the Hamas-controlled "Ministry of Interior and National 
Security" in Gaza; c. Oct. 2023. In June 2006, following elections, the 
Gaza-based Hamas seized control of the Gaza-area office of the original PNA/PA 
"Min. of Interior" office from the Fatah-ruled PNA/PA administration in 
Ramallah.
