The flag of Huacavelica regional government can be seen on
its
website: Blue with logo (green map and a llama), the words
"GOBIERNO REGIONAL" in semi-circle above, and
"HUANCAVELICA" horizontally under the logo, in black
letters. A bigger
image shows a golden-greenish rather than green logo, with
white letters and a different typeface.

The flag of regional govern changed, instead the map and llama, now is the
logo, but regional council has white flag with map in colors (a color for each
province) an inscription semicircular changed to "Consejo Regional"
