On 20th October 2005, Council of Ogre appanage has accepted
sketch of flag. There should be final accept from State Heraldics
comission. The flag bears a coat of arms granted to the City of
Ogre in 1938. Ogre district/novads is subdivision of Ogre
rajons/county.
