Located in Shimonoseki City Yamaguchi Prefecture and established in 1974. The embroidered ceremonial flag has blue background with a gold-colored emblem,two white horizontal stripes and gold-colored kanji university name written horizontally in lower white strip in gold fringe. The university flag has blue background with a white emblem ,two white horizontal stripes and blue-colored kanji university name written horizontally in lower white stripe.
