Located in Hirosaki City Aomori Prefecture and established in 1969. The college flag has dark red background with a white emblem and white kanji college name horizontally written. The college emblem is a plum blossom, and the founder, Yasu Shibata, always loved plum blossoms and told her students that the beautiful and fragrant blossoms of the plum tree, which endure harsh wind and snow, are a symbol of women. It is believed that she adopted the college emblem in order to make it the spirit of the school, as she considered it her ideal to be a person who was not concerned with greed or profit, and who would not be discouraged by hardship and suffering.
