Located in Takatsuki City Osaka Prefecture and established in 1946. The Embroidered ceremonial flag is crimson, reddish yellow and green horizontal tricolor with a white and gold cherry blossom at the crimson canton with horizontal white Kanji college name in gold fringe. The college flag is crimson, reddish yellow and green horizontal tricolor stripes with white and crimson cherry blossom at the canton and the college name in white Chinese characters written horizontally. The flag was adopted in November 1929. The tricolor flag is composed of crimson, which symbolizes the vigor of passionate blood, in the upper part of the flag; reddish yellow , the color of school buildings and soil of the continent, in the middle part; and green, which represents the depth of the Fountain and the vastness of the Sea of Japan and the Pacific Ocean, in the lower part (this color was also used for the collar of military doctors in the Japanese Army of the time). In addition, the canton is decorated with the symbol of Japan, the white and gold cherry blossom.
