Located in Inuyama City Aichi Prefecture and established in 1979. The embroidered ceremonial flag has purplish blue background with a gold emblem and vertically written gold kanji university name in gold fringe. The emblem of the university and junior college is a fan-shaped design of three fans, which are the sister schools of the university and junior college in Inuyama, the Ichimura school in Chikusa-ku, Nagoya City, and the Kozo school in Mizuho-ku, Nagoya City. The university emblem is in the shape of a cypress fan. This symbolizes the elegant customs of ancient Japan, and at the same time, the fan symbolizes the development of the school for generations to come.
