Description of the flags

It seems that the flags of the Province of Chieti are changed this year (2023). New flags are found in Luigi Ferrrara's Facebook messages and the basic (white) flag is also changed in Wikipedia.

According to the website about italian provinces by Roberto Breschi, on this page: http://www.rbvex.it/province/centro/abruzzo.html, "the flag of Chieti province is "white, bearing the coat of arms with the name of the province underneath in yellow letters (sometimes omitted). Also blue. Neither is used widely."
