My Farsi contact confirmed that this is a flag for the "Bushehr Nuclear Power
Plant" {slogan on bottom line} in the city of Bushehr, Iran; c. Aug. 2004. It is
regulated by the "Atomic Energy Organization of Iran" (IAEO) {slogan on the top
line}. In the middle of the flag, the IAEO logo is incorporated into the design
of stylized nuclear-power plant surrounded by palm trees.
