I have noticed this
flag of Dutch Language Union (Nederlanse taalunie). It is organization
for cultural and economic cooperation of dutch-speaking countries.
Nederlanse taalunie has three members: Netherlands,
Suriname and Flanders. Flag
is white with dark blue emblem derived from stylized letters n, t, u.
