The community website clearly shows the organization's flag at the top of the banner in the French and English versions of the website. It is purple over dark yellow over green with black 5 pointed stars.

The website at http://www.daylife.com/photo/05v71rtft1bXJ shows "Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi attends the second day of a summit of the Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD) in the Libyan coastal town of Sirte, 03 June 2007."  The flag appears to have green over yellow over purple.
