The flag of Rovaniemi is similar to its coat of arms, but there are some differences. The pall is white
instead of silver, and both the flame and the pall have no drop shadow

The coat of arms consists of a green background with a silver pall with the branches shaped like
lighting bolts, and it also has a white drop shadow. within the branches is a yellow flame that also has a
white dropshadow.

The drop shadow is not part of the blazon but rather the choice of the artist, I suppose.
