Overview

Adopted: 30 April 1993. Ratio: 1:1. Saku is a rural municipality (vald) in Harju County (maakond).
Dov Gutterman, 12 January 1999

The municipal flag is a square cloth in oak-leaf green, bordered on all four sides by a red-and-white serrated edge and featuring three white ploughshares (arranged 2+1). The shade of red used in the flag's serrated border matches the red found in the coat of arms of Harju County. The finial of the municipal ceremonial flagstaff is a silver ear of grain. The standard size of the flag is 105 × 105 cm.
