The flag is white with two thin light blue stripes on the top and bottom and the light blue monogram of the company in the middle. This monogram is made of the interlaced geometrised letters "J" and "F".

The company was founded in København by Helge Folmer in 1955. It operates 13 vessels. The flag is red (see left image above) or dark red, Danish: orlogsrød, (see right image above) with the white monogram of the company in the middle. This monogram is based on the letter "F".
According to Neale Rosanoski the company was founded in København. by Helge Folmer in 1955 as a shipbroker company especially for chartering of coasters, competitive chartering and agency in the port of København. Today the 2nd generation has taken over with captain Jørgen Folmer and Uffe M. Jensen and the company has extended its activities as managing owners.

The full name had been Et interessentskab, bestående af Det forenede Bugserselskab A/S og A/S Em. Z. Svitzer´s Bjergnings-Entreprise. The company was based in København. The flag was white with blue cross patty in upper hoist and black initial "FB" in lower fly. The flag basically combines the blue pattern of Svitzer and the black one of FForenede Bugserselskab.

Forsea

This ephemeral company probably was based in København. It was the successor of Scandlines and the predecessor of Mols Øresundslinjen connecting Danish Helsingør with Swedish Hälsingborg. The flag was greenish blue with white stylised inscription "FORSEA" pierced by a dark blue horizontal stripe.

The company was based in København and according to Neale Rosanoski formed in 1988 as Galleon Shipping ApS, changing its name in 1993. The flag is blue with six narrow white wavy horizontal bands and overall from the 1st to the 6th white stripes a white Italics letter "F".
