Name: ProSport24 Berlin Ruderabteilung
Located in: Berlin
Established: 10 September 1924 as Post-Sportverein Berlin e.V.
For further information click:club webpage.
On 4 March 2008 Hellfried Müller gave to me information as follows:
The Club was renamed in 1998 to Pro Sport 24 Berlin, when German Mail, after having changed from a governmental organization to a private company, ended its sponsoring.
The club had been established in 1924 as a club for civil servants working for German mail. Today the club has more than 5000 members in 25 departments, among them rowing, sailing and canoeing, each of the three having an own flag.
Müller claimed that the club is no.2 by number of members after Hertha BSC (football) but having the largest number of active members, i.e. without supporters all over Berlin.

Information about the sailing department is available here.
It is a blue flag divided by a yellow saltire. In the centre is a white shield with a blue rampant bear above a blue horn. The bear is taken from the coat of arms of Berlin. The horn was the symbol for postal service in Germany.

The white flag was parted by a blue centred cross cotized yellow-blue.
Three quarters are parted per pale of yellow and white (yellow parts outward).
On centre was the logo of the club, intertwined stylised black initials "PBS" on a white disc fimbriated black.
The flag probably belonged to the rowing section of males, as the ladies had a flag of their own the same year (see image below)

The ladies´ department (German: Damen Ruder Abteilung) had a flag of ots own.
The flag was white with the logo of the club, intertwined stylised black initials "PBS" on a dark blue disc fimbriated black,
all between two dark blue horizontal stripes.

Due to NS-terms the club was renamed in 1940 or earlier to a sport community (German: Sport Gemeinschaft).
The flag was white charged with a pennant parted horizontally of blue and red.
Shifted to hoist on a shield is a bear of Berlin in front of a post horn.
Please note: Colours should be blue and yellow but encoding says blue and red.
