Shield Argent, parted by a throughout cross Sable, in 1st and 4th quarter a fleur-de-lis Gules, in 2nd and 3rd quarter a fleur-de-lis Azure.
Meaning:
The cross is symbolising that the village belonged to the Altshausen district of the Teutonic Order from the 16th century until the 19th century. Illerrieden had been seat of a reeve of the order. The fleur-de-lis are based on heraldic traditions of the Counts of Kirchberg and the Fugger-Kichberg-Weißenhorn family.
