Horgenzell Municipal Coat of Arms

Shield Gules, issuant from base a stepped gable Argent, charged with a cross patty Gules.
Meaning:
The red cross patty is a so called Kreuzlingen Cross, alluding to Kreuzungen Abbey, which owned large estates in all parts of the municipality. The stepped gable is a typical element of local churches. The tinctures red and white are those of Austria and alluding to the Reeves of Schwaben, who ruled the area as commissaries of the Habsburg kin.
