Biederbach Coat of Arms

Shield Azure, a herdsman, dressed Argent with hat and staff Argent, sitting on a rock Argent.
Meaning:
The first municipal seal was made in the 18th century. displaying a sitting man like a river's god. This pattern basically never changed, although there had been no relationship to the village. In 1904 arms with a standing herdsman had been adopted, which were improved. The result was the current coat of arms.
