It is a yellow-blue-yellow vertical triband with ratio of stripes 1:2:1. The coat of arms is shifted to the top in the blue stripe.

Nobitz Coat of Arms

Shield Argent, parted by a bend sinister wavy Azure charged with 11 bezants, above right a boar's head Sable armed Or, beneath left a fish haurient Azure.
Meaning:
The bend wavy is representing the Pleiße River, the bezants the former 11 municipalities, which formed Nobitz. The animals are symbolising riches of fish and wild animals in the surrounding forests.
