The flag of the Hamlet of Repulse Bay, Nunavut, was provided to me from the 
hamlet by photo of the flag, thanks to Steven Kopak from the hamlet 
administration.

"Repulse Bay (Inuktitut: Naujaat, 
literally‚ "seagulls nesting place") is an Inuit hamlet located on the shore of 
Hudson Bay, Kivalliq Region, in Nunavut, Canada. It has 748 inhabitants." - from
