The flag of the Municipality of Ipu in the State of Ceara, Brazil, was found at
http://www.ipu-ce.com.br (link no longer available). It is an unequal horizontal
tricolor of yellow, white and blue (approx. 5:6:5) with a green disc (diameter
approx. 4/5ths of the stripe's height)
centered on the white stripe with what
seems to be a map on it, between two green five-pointed stars (diameter of
enscrib. circle approx. 1/4 of the stripe's height); below it, horizontally
centered on the green stripe, an identically sized blue five-pointed star; all
this "bracketed" by a pair of vertically-placed inward-curving branches,
extending over the three stripes (appox. height 2/3rds of the flag's height):
cotton at the hoist and sugar cane at the fly.
